Primary Objective
Streamline information for a busy workforce by creating a scannable layout and ensuring access across multiple platforms.
My Role
I spearheaded the design and discovery process, overseeing requirements compilation, crafting the design direction, brand package and development. Deliverables included a style guide, curated vector package, custom logo, email template, and web page banner.
Generating Ideas
During the ideation process I used rapid iteration in order to stay focused on a user-centered process. This allowed me to gather early feedback from users at various stages of the design process. This feedback helped me identify pain points, uncover usability issues early on, and gather insights about user preferences.
User Centric Approach
I continuously refined my designs, aligning them more closely with user needs and expectations, ultimately leading to heightened user satisfaction and greater engagement with the newsletter brand.
Exploration
This experimentation led to design solutions that may not have been achieved through a linear process. By embracing rapid iteration, I was able to infuse the newsletter brand with fresh ideas, unique features, and captivating design elements, elevating its impact.
Methodology
Throughout the project, I maintained a focus on accessibility and compatibility across various technology platforms. Contextual storytelling techniques were employed to engage the audience effectively. The result was a collection of innovative layouts and designs that seamlessly adapt to different platforms, including web, mobile, and presentations.
Results
In the end, an intuitive to use, scalable and engaging email template was produced which could be easily distributed on a weekly schedule and continue to draw in the the target audience. It delivered an impactful and engaging newsletter experience for employees at the GroupHEALTH Family of companies.
